🔄 Return and Exchange Policy

At our store, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a safe, convenient shopping experience. We offer a flexible return and exchange policy in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and taking into account the nature of the products we sell (children’s toys).

✅ Conditions for Return and Exchange:

All customers are entitled to return or exchange products under the following conditions:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals (if any).
The request must be submitted within:
- 3 days from the date of receipt for return requests.
- 7 days from the date of receipt for exchange requests.

📝 How to Submit a Request:

Please contact us via the Contact Us page or through the official communication channels listed on our website.
Make sure to include a clear photo of the product, along with your city, address, and order number.

🚚 In Case of Manufacturing Defects:

If the item has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or is different from the product description on our website, we will cover all return or exchange shipping costs with no deductions.

⚠️ Important Notes:

If the product is free of defects and the return/exchange is due to personal preference only, a 30% deduction or a minimum of AED 25 (whichever is higher) will apply to cover processing and restocking fees.
Products damaged due to misuse or tampering are not covered by the return or warranty policy.
We are not responsible for any additional customer expectations that are not clearly stated in the product description.

🧸 Note on Health and Safety:

To ensure your safety and your child’s, certain toys such as opened electronic items or those requiring special hygiene precautions cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is present.
